Game Changers Leadership Program
The T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Game Changers Leadership Program is a leadership and community service experience for high school students who are passionate about making a difference. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and real-world service opportunities, participants develop the confidence, character, and leadership skills needed to positively impact their communities.
Game Changers serve as volunteer ambassadors for T.R.I.N.I.T.Y., helping introduce younger children to tennis, promote healthy lifestyles, and support community initiatives. Participants are expected to complete leadership training, actively engage in Academy activities, and represent T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Along the way, they build meaningful leadership experience, earn volunteer service hours, and prepare to become the next generation of community leaders.
What Game Changers Do
Active Leadership
Game Changers take an active role in every T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. program by leading with enthusiasm, serving alongside coaches, and helping younger participants succeed. Through hands-on leadership experiences, they learn to lead by example while building confidence, responsibility, and professionalism.
Creating Community
Game Changers help create welcoming spaces where every child feels encouraged, included, and supported. Whether assisting with Red Ball Tennis activities, organizing equipment, or cheering on participants, they foster positive relationships and help build a strong sense of community.
Building Life Skills
Every service experience helps Game Changers strengthen valuable life and career skills. Through teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and youth mentorship, participants develop the confidence and leadership abilities that prepare them for future success in school, work, and their communities.

The Game Changers Fall 2026 Cohort is a hybrid leadership and service experience for high school students. From 9/21 - 11/14 participants will mentor younger players, and serve their community through virtual workshops, on-court training, and meaningful service experiences.
Looking for Volunteer Opportunities?
For those who may not be ready to join the Game Changers Fall 2026 Cohort, T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. offers additional volunteer opportunities that help high school students build confidence, serve their communities, and become positive role models for younger children. Interested volunteers are strongly encouraged to complete the Game Changers Online Volunteer Orientation to learn more about T.R.I.N.I.T.Y., volunteer expectations, and how to prepare for upcoming service opportunities.
